2. Data Collection & Layering

We employ a minimal data collection strategy to ensure executive anonymity and security:

• Layer 0 (Public): Corporate email and publicly available LinkedIn/Annual Report data for stress modeling.
• Layer 1 (Audit): Subjective cognitive performance scores. We collect qualitative assessments rather than raw biometric signals.
• Layer 2 (Performance): Aggregated health metadata (e.g., Sleep/Recovery scores) from authorized wearable devices. We strictly refuse access to raw biometric streams.

3. Swiss-Grade Vaulting & Infrastructure

Your data is secured using Swiss-grade vaulting standards and stored exclusively within the AWS Stockholm Region (eu-north-1). This ensures that data never leaves Swedish jurisdiction, maintaining full compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit via TLS 1.3.

4. Zero-Knowledge Architecture

Our architecture ensures that individual raw data is inaccessible to unauthorized personnel. We utilize differential privacy and federated learning techniques to analyze trends without ever exposing the identity or specific physiological state of an individual executive.

5. GDPR Compliance & Your Rights

In accordance with Swedish law and GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right to Access: You may request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): We provide a “One-Click Wipe” mechanism to immediately and permanently delete all your data from our systems.
• Data Portability: You may request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

6. Third-Party Disclosure

Strict Non-Disclosure: We never share individual data with employers, HR departments, boards of directors, or third-party insurance providers. The only information shared with corporate clients is anonymized, aggregated team statistics (only for groups larger than 10 to ensure anonymity).
